If you join the waitlist, we store one thing: your email address. We use it strictly to send you AlloyMind development updates and iOS beta invitations. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or use it for anything else. You can have it deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
AlloyMind is made by an independent developer, who is the data controller for the purposes of the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation. For any privacy question or request, the contact point is [email protected].
We do not collect names, location, device identifiers, or payment details on this site, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on it.
Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the waitlist form. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it — email us and we delete your record. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before it.
This site is hosted on Netlify, and waitlist submissions are stored by Netlify Forms on Netlify's infrastructure in the United States. Netlify acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA and the UK.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the closed beta programme ends and the list is no longer needed — whichever comes first. At that point the list is deleted.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days, free of charge. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with the outcome, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted, and to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Use the same email address to make a request.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Netlify may process standard server request logs for security and abuse prevention.
The waitlist is not directed at children under 16, and we ask that they not submit an email address. If we learn that we hold one, we delete it.
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use your email address, tell you by email before it takes effect.
