About these terms
These terms cover the AlloyMind game and this website. AlloyMind is made by AlloyMind Studios, a trade name of Reach Works (KvK 42148179), Oudezijds Voorburgwal 99 D, 1012 EM Amsterdam, the Netherlands (see the Imprint · YouTube · Instagram · X). The store you got the game from has its own terms, which also apply: Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement on the App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service on Google Play.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play AlloyMind on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by the store’s rules. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the game, and don’t modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.
The free chapter and the full game
The first chapter of AlloyMind is free. The rest of the game is a single, one-time in-app purchase; the price is shown by the store before you confirm. There are no ads, subscriptions, loot boxes or virtual currency. The purchase unlocks the full game on devices signed in to the same store account, and you can restore it from the game’s Settings.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are made through the store, which handles payment and refunds under its own terms. We never see your payment details. If a purchase is refunded, the full game is locked again. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in are not affected.
Your colonies and data
Your colonies are saved on your device and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud (iOS) or device backup (Android). We don’t keep copies of your saves. How we handle the little data we do receive is set out in the Privacy Notice.
Changes and availability
We update the game from time to time to fix problems and add content, and features may change. We aim to keep the game available but can’t promise it will always be offered in every store or country.
Liability
We make the game with care, but we provide it as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights, including the rights you have for digital content under the law of the country you live in.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please email us first at hello@alloymind.io and we will try to put it right.
